Edith Sizer

Edith Barry Sizer, 91, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Hopewell Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Adolphus and Nirnah Hale Bullock, and was the widow of Harvey (Jiggs) Barry and William Nelson Sizer. Mrs. Sizer was preceded in death by five brothers, Tate, Harry, John, Tom, and Sydney Bullock, and one sister, Janie Barlow. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. Mrs. Sizer is survived by one daughter, Gail Barry Wilson and husband Jim of Colonial Heights; a son, Ron Barry of Colonial Heights; a daughter-in-law, Marty Barry of Colonial Heights; a sister Avis Eacho of King William County; a brother, David Bullock of Kutztown, Pennsylvania; two grandsons, Ronnie and Todd Wilson; four great-grandchildren, Tristan, Jake, Abbey and Logan Wilson. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, November 20, 2008 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Robert Livesay officiating. Interment Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George.
