Edna Goulder

Edna W. Goulder, 88, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at Colonial Heights Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Charlie William and Mary Lynch Wright, and was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Goulder. Mrs. Goulder is survived by her sons, Donald E. Goulder of Lynchburg, and David L. Goulder and wife, Sharon of Prince George; a granddaughter, Ashley G. Long and husband, Steven of Hopewell; a brother, Charles L. Wright and wife, Edith of Chesterfield; also numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 12, 2009 in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg with the Reverend James Pfost officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
