Ethel Greene

Ethel Kirkendall Greene, 85, of Colonial Heights, formerly of Shelby, North Carolina, died Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the Colonial Heights Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late John N. and Cora Patterson Kirkendall, and the widow of Ernest James Greene. She was a civil service employee for the Norfolk Naval Base. She is survived by her brother, Bill Kirkendall of Colonial Heights. Funeral services will be held in Shelby, North Carolina. Local arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
