Evaline Horner

Evaline Youngblood Horner, 83, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Dinwiddie Health & Rehabilitation Center. Born in West Virginia, she was preceded in death by a son, James Kenneth Horner. She is survived by her husband, Raymond I. Horner; and a daughter, Milly Bell Horner of Prince George. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2011 in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 151 W. Washington Street, Petersburg, Virginia 23803, with Reverend William Rawlings officiating. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Petersburg Animal Control and Shelter, 1600 Johnson Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805. Arrangements by the Petersburg Chapel of the E.
