Evelyn Fowler

Evelyn Sutton Fowler, 77, of Dinwiddie Co, and a native of Snowhill, North Carolina, left this world and her pain behind on New Years Eve Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Jim and Martha Taylor Sutton. Mrs. Fowler retired from Phillip Morris in 1985. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Charles Fowler. She is also survived by her daughter, Chris Ketcham Krollman and fiancé, Robert Michaud of Sussex Co.; a son, Jimmy Ketcham and wife, Patty of Chesterfield Co., and a grandson, Michael Ketcham also of Chesterfield Co., a beloved great-granddaughter, Miss Delaney Ketcham of Caroline Co.; one sister and three brothers, all who reside in her birth state of North Carolina. A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2009 in the Colonial Heights chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Paul Treese officiating. Interment, Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. The family will receive friends Friday evening (tonight) from 7-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Crater Community Hospice 840 W. Roslyn Rd.
