Felice Lepley

Felice H. Lepley, 86, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2008 at Colonial Heights Health Care Center. She was widow of William A. Lepley Sr. and the daughter of the late William and Martha Jackson Payne. Mrs. Lepley was also predeceased by a son William A. Lepley Jr. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Phyllis Lepley of Colonial Heights; a granddaughter, Linda L. Gentry and husband Wade; a great grandson, Ashton Gentry; a sister, Virginia Moyer; and a brother, William Payne both of Charlottesville; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington. Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
