Frances Day

Frances Jeanette Day, 90, of Hopewell, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at John Randolph Medical Center. Born in Ilion, New York, she was the daughter of the late George S. and Edna Harvey Pappin. Ms. Day was a member of the Order of the Amaranth, Eastern Star #82. She is survived by her sons, David I. Day and Sherman W. Day of Mohawk, New York, Mitchel E. Day of Dansville, New York, Christopher H. Day of Hopewell, and Jeffery G. Day of Boonville, New York; a daughter, Heather M. Beaver; and three grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
