Frances Thompson

Frances Cox Thompson passed peacefully from this life on June 1, 2009, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Thompson was born in Roanoke, Va. on January 4, 1930. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 63 years, Morris Thompson; one son; two daughters; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 4, 2009 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, with the Reverend Dr. Ray Haskett officiating. Interment to follow at Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, Va. The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home
