Frances Vest

Frances E. Vest, ("Frankie" to her friends, "Auntie" to her family) of Chesterfield, went to see Jesus on June 28, 2014, at the age of 93. She was born in Lexington, Virginia on October 28, 1920 to Enos and Ruth Howard and was the oldest of four children. She is preceded in death by her husband, John E. Vest; her parents and all siblings. She is survived by her niece, Cheryl Cheryl Guye and husband, Perry; her nephew, Dennis "Chip" Hurt and wife, Donna who thought of her like a "second mother;" and numerous great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 W. Hundred Road, Chester, Virginia 23831 with the Reverend Ron Talley officiating.
