Franklin "Frankie" Collins, age 31, of Prince George, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2017. Frankie was born on May 31, 1985, in Richmond, Virginia and grew up in Colonial Heights, Virginia. Frankie was one in a million and was loved by family and friends. He was caring; so, caring that he would do anything for anyone and always lit up the room with his smile and sense of humor. He had a great heart and a gift that the world lost and can never be replaced. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Gloria and Garland Updike; his twin brother, Michael Collins; two step-sisters, Jessica and Theresa Updike; an aunt, Sandra lngle; one cousin, Christopher Clary; two lifetime and devoted friends, Wyatt Walker and Jerry Griffith. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Claiborne and Dahlia Collins. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 14th, 2017 at the Crater Road Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road, Petersburg, VA 23805 with the Reverend David Prather officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, S.
