Franziska Tanner

Franziska Anna Tanner, 84, passed away on June 24, 2013 from the complications of Alzheimer's disease. Franzis was born in Munich, Germany in 1928, but lived most of her life in Matoaca, Virginia with her family and many special pets. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Junior Tanner; a daughter, Gloria Tanner; and a great-grandson, Kenneth West. She leaves to cherish her memories, a daughter, Mary Wilson; a son, Robert Tanner; and a daughter, Delores Tanner; granddaughters, Sandra Fogle, Leslie Jones, Jamie Tanner, Cary Sheridan and Jackie Johnson; grandsons, Willie West, Scott Crowder, Ben Tanner, Bobby Tanner, Nathan Ross and Jacob Hill; great-granddaughters, Tiffany Castleberry, Katie Scott-West, Anna West, Rachel Jones, Rebekah Jones, Sarah Jones, and Lauren Crowder; great-grandsons, Jared Crowder and Brandon Stryker.
