Frederic Neatrour

Frederic Gilbert Neatrour, 67, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born in Petersburg, he was the son of the late Frederic A. and Ellen Lamoreaux Neatrour. Mr. Neatrour was a veteran with the United States Navy, and a member of the Colonial Heights American Legion Post #284. He is survived by his children, Jessica Lynn Cordeiro of Austin, Texas, Jason Frederic Neatrour of Fort Worth, Texas, Christina Ellen Frye and husband, Clinton Robert Frye of Flower Mound, Texas, and Lucas Russell Neatrour of Fort Worth, Texas; seven grandchildren, Jason Neatrour, Christopher Cordeiro, Sierra Cordeiro, Isabella Cordeiro, Kassandra Neatrour, Gabriel Neatrour, and Ellen Post; two great-grandsons, Jaydyn and Landon Neatrour; two brothers, Bruce Neatrour and wife, Mary of Hopewell and Jim Neatrour and wife, Donna of Colonial Heights; nieces and nephews, Ellen Smith, Vince Neatrour, Shelly McGee and Stephanie Watson; other beloved family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2011 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
