George Minson Sr.

George William Minson Sr., 91, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017. He was the son of the late Fred Harrison Minson Sr. and Hellen Elizabeth Johnson Minson. He is survived by his loving wife, Loueen Droddy Minson; children, George William Minson II, John Henry Minson, Elizabeth Minson Deeb and husband, Michael, Danita Minson Archer, and Mark Allan Minson; grandchildren Melissa Edmundson, Peter S. Pickering and wife, Robyn and a great grandchild, Eloise M. Pickering; a brother Fred Harrison Minson Jr. along with Numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2017 in Oakwood Cemetery 3101 Nine Mile Road Richmond, Virginia 23223.
