Georgian M. Compagni-Whited, 66, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012 at Johnston-Willis Medical Center. Born in New York, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Philomena Fabrizio Compagni. Georgian was an active follower of The Way International, and a Guidance Registrar at Prince George High School. She is survived by her husband, Wilson A. Whited; children, Nicole Woodhull and husband, Mike of New York, Amy Campbell of West Virginia, and Jeff Campbell and wife, Tabitha of Ohio; six grandchildren, Jessica, Jeremy, Zack, Brittany, Hailey and Cody; three great-grandchildren, Emery, Riley Jo, and Lincoln; three brothers, Fred, Richard and Michael; and a sister, Toni. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Eric Koetteritz officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
