Ginger Carol Duncan

Ginger Carol Duncan, 70, of North Dinwiddie passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. Born June 17, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Olive Hackney and Francis Eugene Miller, Sr., and was also preceded in death by her husband, William Rush Duncan, Sr.; and brother, Keith Miller.

Ginger dedicated many years to a successful career in civil service before retiring.

She is survived by her loving children, Melinda C. McCray and William R. Duncan, Jr.; grandchildren, Taylor Wilkison, Savannah Duncan, Faith McCray, Marissa McCray, and Abigail McCray; great-grandson, Eli Crane; siblings, Gene Miller, Van Miller, and Bonnie Stalnaker; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

Interment will be private. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Crater Road Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805.
