Gladys Hill

Mrs. Gladys Mae Preston Hill, retired, died July 26, 2008. Mrs. Gladys M. Hill, the daughter of the late Mrs. Beatrice Wilder Preston Spence Rowlett and Mr. Junius Preston came forward truly quiet and dignified at home. She leaves to mourn their loss, four nieces, Gail P. Junius (Gilbert), Barbara Sean P. Gilmore (Albert), Sophonia A. Mason, and most devoted, through thick and thin, until the very end, Caroline E. Patrom, three step-sisters; one step-brother; and one sister-in-law; with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; a multiplicity of friends. Raise yourself o'vindicated one, run, for you are exceedingly strong. You shall sit at the heads of the powers of Heaven. Receive your due honor. Give thanks, Aunt Gladys, Gladis, Glick, Pluck.
