Glenn Twilley O'Connor

Glenn Twilley O'Connor, 72, of McKenney passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 17, 2023. Born March 1, 1951, he was the son of the late John "Jack" and Audrey Twilley O'Connor, and was also preceded in death by his brother, John "Mike" O'Connor.

A United States Navy veteran, he proudly served his country for six years. He was a dedicated transportation analyst at Estes Express Lines and was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus. Glenn had a passion for sports and history that kept him busy. He also had a knack for bringing joy and laughter into the lives of those around him.

Glenn is survived by his loving wife, Shirley O'Connor; adoring stepdaughters, Crystal Edwards (Stephen) and Tiffanie Massengale (Lamon). He leaves behind a cherished legacy through his grandchildren, Alyssa (Samuel), Ava, Audrey, Jeremiaha, and Amari. Glenn is also survived by his sister, Leslie Etheridge (Jon), and fondly remembered by nieces and nephews Erin, Andrea, Ian, and Austin.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 10^th, at 11:00a.m. in Waverly Cemetery, Spring Branch Road Waverly, Virginia, 23890.
