Grace Harrison

Grace Crowe Harrison, 77 of Colonial Heights, passed away peacefully to be with her husband, Saturday, April 3, 2021.  She was born August 21, 1943 to the late Maxie and Odessa Spain Crowe.  Grace was also preceded in death by her husband William Octave Harrison and her sister, Essie Spain Davis.  She is survived by her two sons; Will Harrison (Paige) and Mike Harrison (Stephanie); five grandchildren, William James Harrison, Elena Grace Harrison, Michael Todd Harrison, Sydney Elaine Harrison, and Sarah Abigail Hadwin; great-granddaughter, Annabel Lee Hadwin; brother, Guy Crowe; and several other loving relatives. Grace was an elementary school teacher in Colonial Heights and Dinwiddie County.  She was a member of the National Education Association and an Episcopal Youth Coordinator.  Grace was a lifelong member of The Church of the Good Shepherd in McKenney, VA.  A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2021 in Good Shepherd Episcopal Church Cemetery, 7800 Lew Jones Road, McKenney, VA 23837.  Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
