Grover Wilkinson

Grover L. Wilkinson, 87, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013.He was the son of the late Cleveland and Sarah Wilkinson, and was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Laurette Wilkinson; and a son, Donald Wilkinson. He was a member of the former Elm Street Baptist Church. Mr. Wilkinson was a retiree of Brown & Williamson Tobacco Co. and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.He is survived by a daughter, Angela K. Crawford; two grandchildren, Cory Wilkinson and Tiffany Laurette Crawford; a great-granddaughter, Emily Wilkinson; and special friends at the City of Colonial Heights Commissioner of Revenue's office.A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013, in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George.
