Ilse Johanna Maria Arlt

Ilse Johanna Maria Arlt, lovingly known as 'Oie' to family and friends, 93, of Petersburg, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at the Colonial Heights Rehabilitation Center. Ms. Arlt retired as a cocktail waitress from the Fort Lee Officers Club after 29 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norbert M. Arlt, and her daughter, Rose Ann M. ‘Angel’ Jessup. She is survived by her son-in-law, Charles H. Jessup Jr.; her daughter, Jenette Nemetz and husband Freddie of Austria; her grandson, David P. Faughnan and wife Stephanie of Prince George, VA; her granddaughters, Astrid Köck and husband Bernhard; Belinda Prskawetz and husband Michael; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Florian, Haleigh, Knoahe, Leonie, Max, Mik, and Sebastian. A graveside service will be held Friday, March 1, 2024 at 2:00pm in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, Virginia 23805.
