Irene Stanley

Irene B. Stanley, 78 of Chesterfield, formerly of Iselin, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at the Chippenham Medical Center, Richmond. Mrs. Stanley was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Norman B. Stanley. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, past president of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 284, and past President of VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 2636 in Iselin New Jersey. Mrs. Stanley is survived by her children, Norman B. Stanley Jr. of Sayreville, New Jersey, Kenneth D. Stanley and wife, Susan of Chesterfield, Lori S. Sustak and husband, Dave of Nazareth, Pennsylvania, and Kathy S. Kettyle and husband, Rich of Chesterfield; eight grandchildren, Keith Stanley and wife, Rachel of Richmond, Geoff Stanley and wife, Pauline of Richmond, Becky Sustak of Providence, Rhode Island, Rachel Ashton and husband, Ben of Nazareth, Pennsylvania, Robin Sustak of Nazareth, Pennsylvania, Brett Kettyle of Chesterfield, Krista Kettyle of Chesterfield, and Norman B. Stanley III of Sayreville, New Jersey; one great-grandson, Elliott Cullum of Chesterfield. A funeral service will be held at1:00 p.m. Saturday June 30, 2012 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with Sr. Ann Daniel Belmonte, Celebrant. Interment to follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. Friday June 29, 2012 at the funeral home with a Ladies Auxiliary service at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening.
