Jacquelyn Carter Jacquelyn "Jacque" Carter, 56, of Petersburg, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Hugh and Sara Cole Myers. Mrs. Carter was a member of Monumental Baptist Church in Petersburg, a registered nurse at MCV Hospital for nine years, and then began working in the family business of Carter Framing & Art. She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Carter; and numerous other family members. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road.
