James Waskey

James Allen Waskey, 46, of Hopewell, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Retreat Hospital in Richmond. He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Peyton Waskey III. He is survived by his mother, Ann G. Waskey of Hopewell; two brothers, Lewis P. "Buddy" Waskey IV of Colonial Heights, and Robert E. Waskey of Hopewell; a sister, Lou Ann Desautel of Seymour, Connecticut; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2010 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with Bishop Robert Vance officiating. Interment will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2010 in Oakridge Cemetery, 2746 N. Main Street, South Boston, Virginia 24592. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday (tonight) at the funeral home.
