Jane Wamsley

Jane Spain Wamsley, 80, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Retreat Hospital. Born in Ettrick, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. and Ora Bradley Spain, and was preceded in death by a son, Robert Ernest (Binky) Wamsley. Ms. Wamsley attended Ettrick United Methodist Church, was a member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, and a retired Nurse with Retreat Hospital, Richmond. She is survived by a son, Christopher Neil Wamsley Jr. and wife, Debbie of Spring Grove; a daughter, Joy Moore and husband, Mike of Colonial Heights; seven grandchildren, Michael J. Moore Jr., Timothy R Wamsley, Christopher Moore, David Wamsley, Jenna Wimmer, Rebecca McNew, and Tessa Violet Wamsley; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be private.
