Janet Walsh

August 6, 1947 — November 13, 2012

Janet Faye Clark Merriman Hauser Walsh. You probably just new her as Faye. We must announce she died on Tuesday, November 13, 2012.. She came to this earth August 6, 1947 and on November 13, 2012 went back to heaven. Belle Lawrence Clark and Leslie Frank Clark were her parents. They lived in Martinsville, Virginia until they died. Karl Everett Hauser Jr. was her second husband and he passed away in February 1999. She had a good life and loved it so. I'm not sure she really wanted to go, but go she did as we all must do she and me and even you. We don't get to choose the time or place but take comfort she went with a smile on her face But looking ahead she was eager to reunite with the Loved ones she missed since they left the life especially Karl the love of her life. Her Mama and Karl and many more will be there to greet her at Heavens door. She has no regular church thou she been to all in town but had not found one to settle down. She was baptized in faith so her future is secure. She's in a happy place you can rest assured. She resist tradition and finds routine to be bland, so thankful she had a chance to help with the plan. All will be wonderful, all will be great. No need to be sad, this is everyone's fate. So let's get together, let's eat laugh and sing. She loves to hear your voices ring, let's look at pictures and memories of joyful, happy times. Maybe even witness some partners in crime. Let's send her away with celebration, no traditional preaching, no viewing, verses, sadness and doom, this is a celebration not a hushed quiet gloom. I may have some talents, though not a poet but I am peaceful and happy and I want you to know it. Do not send flowers I think it's a waste. Survivors include her husband, Martin Joseph Walsh Sr.; son and daughter in-law, Lawrence C. Merriman and Dana all of Colonial Heights; her siblings she leaves are, Barbara Bowling and husband, Donnie of Fort Mill, South Carolina; Joy Clark of Martinsville, Judi Finney and husband, Amon of Martinsville, Cathy Clark of Richmond, Virginia, Pam Clark of Martinsville; nieces and nephews, Donna Bowling, Larry Cope, Dana Honbarrier; great nieces, Abby, Cannon, Emily; and one very special dear aunt, Bettie Miller, numerous cousins and many precious friends galore.
