Janie Bayer

Janie H. Bayer, 94, of S. Chesterfield, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born in Richmond, one of ten girls, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Eanes Hicks. She was widowed by Robert Samuel Bayer, and was preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Martina Milke. Mrs. Bayer cherished being together with all her loving family and her loving pets. She is survived by her children, Frances Comer, Nancy Anthony, Judy Wilson, Betty Walmayer, Robert S. Bayer Jr., Brenda J. Nesgoda, and John H. Baker; twenty two grandchildren; thirty one great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be private. Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
