Jean Waymack

Jean Williams Waymack died Thursday, November 2, 2017, after a brief period of declining health. Mrs. Waymack was the daughter of William Preston and Maggie Epperson Williams and was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Irvin Walton Waymack and her brother, Herbert A. Williams. Born in Petersburg, she was a longtime resident of Prince George County. She retired from Civil Service as an accounting technician and was a member of Gregory Memorial Presbyterian Church. Survivors include a son, Mark Brian Waymack and his wife, Joan Edwards Waymack, of Prince George; granddaughter, Lauren Waymack Sumner and her husband, Christopher Sumner; great grandson's Brick and Sailor Sumner, all of Colonial Heights; grandson Mark Brian "Bo" Waymack, II and his wife, Jessica Helck Waymack, of Lakeland, Florida; sister, Shirley Williams Barlow and her husband, Gene A. Barlow, of Fredericksburg and sister-in-law, Mary E. Williams. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Prince George Emergency Crew, 10800 Prince George Drive, Prince George, VA 23875.
