Jeffery Nesgoda

Mr. Jeffery Grant Nesgoda, 60, of South Chesterfield, fell asleep in death on Sunday, December 17, 2017, in his home after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Jeff was born on September 6,1957 to the late William and Elizabeth Nesgoda. He was survived by his wife Brenda, son Joseph, daughter Amy Bartal (Christopher), sister Nancy Lynch, and brother Glen Nesgoda along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sisters Marcia Jones and Pamela Elmore. Jeff was an employee of the Chesterfield County School System, working for 40 years as a HVAC mechanic. He was hard working, diligent, and loved to help others. He was well respected and liked by all. Jeff was a humble, devoted family man who loved his God Jehovah. Throughout his fight with cancer, his faith in Jehovah and the promise God made that he would see his loved ones again in paradise helped him endure. He knew without a doubt that all of the Bible's promises would come true. He touched the hearts of all who knew him. The memorial service for Mr. Jeffery Grant Nesgoda will be held at 2 pm Saturday, January 6, 2018, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 13301 Harrowgate Road, Chester, Va. with Brother David Harkess officiating. Following the service, family will be receiving friends at the Woodpecker Lodge, located at 4718 Woodpecker Rd. South Chesterfield Va. 23803
