Jeffrey Conner

Jeffrey Layne Conner, 47, of Colonial Heights passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017. Born July 4, 1970, he was the son of Samuel Earl Conner and Eunice Hale-Saunders Crowder. He worked as a contracted painter for most of his life. Jeffrey enjoyed listening to music, vacations at the beach and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. He is survived by his mother, Eunice Hale Crowder; father and step-mother, Samuel E. and Kathy Conner; fiancé, Melissa Ann Harvey; daughter, Nichole Minetree; sons, Tyler Minetree and Jeffrey Daniel Conner; four grandchildren, Karleighann, Caden, Kensleigh, Zayne; sister, Cynthia Moore Ethridge; brother, Michael Earl Conner; niece, Jennifer Arrington; nephew, David L. Moore III; brother-in-law, David L. Moore Jr. and cousin, Connie Noblin. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
