Jennifer Arimeter Traylor

Jennifer Arimeter Traylor, 46, of Petersburg, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024. Born in Petersburg, Virginia on April 22, 1977, she was the daughter of the late David and Catherine Traylor, and was also preceded in death by her brother, David Matthew Traylor; and godson, Kavon Cooper.

Jennifer lived with the biggest and kindest heart and unconditionally loved her family and friends. Jennifer worked many years and retired from Securitas after 23 years of dedicated service.

She is survived by her aunts, Brenda Lightcap (Bill), Cheryl Traylor, Crystal Traylor; cousins, Christopher Giannini (Dana), Jonathan Lightcap (Stephanie), Heather Angelis (Evan), Ben Ragland, Jourdan Blanchard, Timothy Ragland, Tyler Ragland; devoted sisters, Adrienne Cooper, Angela Jones, and Delphine Seckman; and numerous extended family members.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the funeral home.
