Jerry Matthew Brown

Jerry Matthew Brown, age 69, of South Chesterfield, peacefully passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024. Born on March 3, 1955, he was the beloved son of the late Robert and Mildred Grammer Brown. Jerry dedicated over 20 years as a master mechanic at Darbyshire Motors in Petersburg. Jerry cherished spending time with his family, and especially supporting his grandson on his adventures, which included fishing. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Jerry is predeceased by his parents and his brother Donnie Brown. He is survived by his daughter, Annabelle M. Mann and her husband, Joseph F. Mann; grandson, Joseph F. Mann II. Brother, Calvin Brown; sister, Brenda Smith. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
