Jerry Trammell

Jerry Willis Trammell, 81, of Chester, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Born on June 29, 1941, in Oklahoma, he was the son of the late Willis Newton Trammell and Esther Thompson Trammell.

Jerry was a United States Marine Veteran, and later went on to retire from Kaiser Aluminum and Reynolds Metals. He loved the outdoors, especially enjoying fishing in his boat.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Trammell; son, Michael Trammell; daughter, Lori Trammell; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Anderson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00p.m. on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834. The family will receive friends one hour prior from 1:00p.m. to 2:00p.m. for a memorial visitation at the funeral home.
