Jimmy Tyler

Jimmy Rogers Tyler, 76, of Colonial Heights, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, June 28, 2020.  He was born November 18, 1943 to the late Harley Alton Tyler and Letsy Juanita Kelly Tyler.  Jimmy was also preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Wootten Tyler.  Jimmy is survived by two sons, Terry Tyler (Torrie) and Michael Tyler (Kimberly); daughter, Tami Valenta; three grandchildren, Eric Tyler, Megan Tyler, and Tiffany Valenta; two great-grandchildren, Shane Lemocks and Rowan Gliszczynski; brother, Dean Tyler; sister, Janell Lewis and many other loving relatives.  Jimmy was a long-time employee at Benjamin Moore.  A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
