Jo Anne Britt

Jo Anne Jordan Britt, 64, of Prince George, Virginia, passed away on December 20, 2021, following a long battle with cancer. She was the oldest daughter of Fred A. Jordan Jr. (Ted) and Ann S Jordan Cogle.  She was a lifelong resident of Prince George County and graduated from Prince George High School, Richard Bland College, and Virginia Commonwealth University with a master's degree in Computer Science and Business. She was an avid bike rider, loved to travel, and was known for her beautiful voice and sang solos in many local church musicals. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred A Jordan. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Timothy L Britt; her favorite and only daughter, Michelle R Britt; her mother, Ann Cogle; her brother, Fred A Jordan IlI (Jay); and sisters, Judy Smith and Jill Jordan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Crater Road Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 3935 S. Crater Road Petersburg, Virginia 23805 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December
27, 2021. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28 2021 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Southlawn Memorial Park. In
