John Mcallister

John W. McAllister, of Dinwiddie County, passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018 at the age of 82. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hammie and Rebecca Sears McAllister; brothers, Jeffrey, Herman, Raymond, Albert, and Myers McAllister; sisters, Mary White, Rita Fitzsimmons, Rose Alley, and Barbara Denson. John worked at Brown & Williamson for 24 years. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Frances Laverne Traylor McAllister; a son, Steven McAllister; sisters, Nancy Krise of Hopewell and Helen Pitman of Kilmarnock; and numerous nieces & nephews.
