John Oliver

John C. "Tiny" Oliver, 71, of Hopewell, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2012 at Hopewell Health Care Center. Born in New York City, New York, he was the son of the late Edward C. and Mary Ferry Oliver, and was preceded in death by his wife, Elva Friday Oliver, and a brother, Charles Edward Oliver. He is survived by a step-daughter, Mary Gilgosky and husband, Richard Gilgosky of Connecticut; a granddaughter, Nikki Gilgosky of Connecticut; a sister, Mary Posser and husband, Stephen F. Posser Jr. of Colonial Heights; nieces and nephew, Theresa Weinz, Laurie (Bailey) Stricklin, and Stephen F. Posser III; and extended nieces and nephews. Services are private.
