John Parker Jr.

John "Johnny" Hilton Parker, Jr., 54, of McKenney, VA passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. Johnny was an avid sportsman and had worked for the last 25 years as a Hydrolysis Engineer for VDOT. Johnny is survived by his loving parents, John and Ruth Parker; two brothers, Paul Parker and Chad Parker and wife, Arlene; two nephews, Ryan and Ben Parker; and one uncle, Alvin Parker and wife, Ruby. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Popes Creek Baptist Church, 9131 Kings Highway, Montross, VA 22520, with the Rev. Richard Headley, officiating. The family is being served by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Virginia.
