Joshua Wooldridge

Joshua Lee Wooldridge, 82, of Chester, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Southside Regional Hospital. A native of West Virginia, he was the son of the late Grat and Mae Casey Wooldridge. Mr. Wooldridge was retired with over thirty-five years with TARMAC as a tug boat captain. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Neawasa Jean Wooldridge; a son, Rondy Lee Wooldridge and wife, Pam of Colonial Heights; daughters, Darla Wright and husband, Dave of Quinton, Donna Ebright and husband, Bobby of Chester; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Akers of Martinsville, Geneva Davis of West Virginia and a brother Henry Wooldridge of West Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory 2033 Boulevard prior to the funeral service, with the Reverend Jackie Payne officiating. Burial will be private.
