Joyce Murdock

Joyce Marie Murdock, 89, of Colonial Heights, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 4, 2019.  She was born on June 24, 1930, in Ettrick, Virginia.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Reverend Guy W. Murdock.  As a faithful woman of God, Joyce loved her family, her friends, and members of her church, Believers Christian Fellowship. She is survived by daughters, Faye Keller (Charlie) and Kim Miller (Gene); sons, Guy Wayne Murdock (Pat) and Mark Murdock (Teresa); seven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2019, at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 West Hundred Road Chester, Virginia 23831.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 8, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
