Joyce Myrick

Joyce Tucker Myrick 76, of Petersburg, died Friday October 23, 2009 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Noah Virgil and Dolly Jupton Tucker, and was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Thomas E. (Tommy) Myrick. Joyce was a member of Crowder Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by children; Debbie Kapplehoff and husband Ken of Petersburg, and Michael T. Myrick and wife Anna of Dinwiddie; four grandchildren, Joyce & David Cole and Faith & Gabriel Myrick; four great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Alexis, Taylor and Aaron Cole; one sister Anne T. Mulchi of North Carolina, and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday October 26, 2009 at the Petersburg Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory 3935 S. Crater Road with the Reverend Rev. Joe Elmore officiating. Interment Bermuda Memorial Park, Enon.
