Judith Riggs

Judith B. Riggs, 77, of Colonial Heights, passed away Friday April 19, 2013. She was born November 4, 1935 to the late Wesley E. Bridgman Sr. and Mary Henry Bridgman and was preceded in death by a brother Wesley E. Bridgman Jr. Mrs. Riggs was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Colonial Heights. She is survived by her husband of forty seven years Gene Riggs of Colonial Heights, son David Riggs of Colonial Heights, daughter, Karen Riggs of Midlothian, three grandchildren, Mackenzie Riggs, Alexa Riggs, Carly Riggs all of Chester, sister Joyce Bridgman of Chester. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday April 23, 2013 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church 3110 Greenwood Avenue Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834 with the Reverend Dr. Andrew Brockelman officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park Prince George, Virginia. The family will receive friends Monday April 22, 2013 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard.
