Julian Price

Julian M. Price, 85, of Prince George, died Thursday, December 18, 2008 at the Chippenham Medical Center. Mr. Price was the son of the late Paul Rucker and Edith Barton Price and was predeceased by a son, Johnny Paul Price. He was a WWII veteran of the United States Navy and a member of Powhatan Starke Masonic Lodge # 124. Survivors include his wife, Joan Harrison Price; two daughters, Victoria Price Collins and husband, Clifford Jr. of Hopewell, and Shelby Shehee and husband, Jack of Jetersville; three grandchildren, Sue Ellen Soto-Rios and husband, Steven, Michelle Freeman, Christopher Collins and wife, April; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Norma Price Barbosa; brother, Robert E. Price both of Virginia Beach. The family will receive friends 2:00-3:30 p.m. Saturday, December 20, 2008 at the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 3935 S. Crater Road. Funeral service and interment private.
