Justine Sullivan

Justine Spain Sullivan, 82, of Chesterfield, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Johnston Willis Medical Center. She was born October 14, 1932 to the late William Osborn Spain and Virginia Lee Grinstead Spain, and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Sidney Sullivan and a brother, William Lee Spain. Mrs. Sullivan retired from the Federal Reserve Bank in Richmond. She is survived by numerous cousins and dear friends. A private graveside service was held in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg, Virginia. Funeral arrangements were handled by E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.
