Kayla Ball

Kayla Rae Ball, 30, of Chesterfield passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Born June 15, 1987, she was the daughter of Gregory Evert and Bambi Dawn Ball. Kayla married the love of her life, Michael Andrew Davis, on January 15, 2016. She was pursuing a degree in nursing at Bryant and Stratton College and was a Certified Nursing Assistant. She loved to craft, particularly when using her beloved Cricut machine for many of her various projects. Kayla was a devoted wife, caring mother and loving daughter who will be missed dearly by those that had the opportunity to cross paths with her. She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Andrew Davis; cherished daughter, Maddison Dawn Willie Ball; parents, Gregory Evert and Bambi Dawn Ball; sister, Alisha Grace Walker; brother, Tobyas Emil Ball; grandmother, Alberta Willie Donaldson and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other extended family members. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service on Saturday from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
