Kimberley Mawyer

Kimberly C. "Kim" Mawyer 50, passed away Friday, November 25, 2016 at Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg. She was born in Newport News to Winston E. Mawyer Sr., and Kay Rogers Caminade on December 20, 1965. Kim attended school in Hampton, Virginia, Colonial Heights, Virginia and King George, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her father, a son Adrian NR Mawyer, and a brother Winston E. Mawyer Jr., and by two grandmothers Virginia R. Shield, Alice H. Tatum. She is survived by her mother, Kay Rogers Caminade and her "Pops", Robert M. Caminade; her children, Whitney E. Mawyer of Hopewell, Jose L. Lopez and Victor A. Lopez both of Los Angeles; granddaughters, Alyssa, Aubrie, Anessa; sister, Rebeca M. Napier; and husband Reggie of Fredericksburg, a brother Robert Mawyer and wife Linda of Norfolk, grandfather Louis S. Shield of Exmore, Virginia and numerous aunt's uncles, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
