Kristian Ballard

Kristian Brooks Ballard of South Chesterfield, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born July 8, 1982 to Jeffrey and Barbara Kcraget Brooks, Kristian was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Gaynelle Kcraget and Edward F. Brooks. Kristian was a loving and devoted stay-at-home mother with a beautiful smile, an adventurous spirit, an incredible sense of humor, and a great love for her family. She is survived by her children, Hailey Shae Ballard, Jordan Brae Williams, Afton Grace Claytor and John "Bubba" Claytor, IV.; her parents, Jeffrey Brooks and Barbara Kcraget Brooks; a brother, Richard Keith Brooks and fiancé, Jaimie Cousins; a grandmother, Eileen Brooks and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017 at the Colonial Heights Chapel at E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834 with the Reverend Richard J. Finck officiating. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newbys Bridge Road, Chesterfield, Virginia 23832.
