L. Frances "Frankie" Terry, 90, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2015 at the Colonial Heights Health Care Center. Born in Richlands, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Clarence W. and Della Jones Bandy. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Richard Terry Jr.; her daughter, Paula Coe; son-in-law, Emery Coe; sisters, Jackie Chisholm, Marie Clairborne, Viola Griffith and Golda Conley; and brothers, Richard and Clarence Bandy. Frankie was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, a devote Christian who loved Jesus Christ and her church. She is survived by a grandson, Jamie Coe and wife, Jenny of Moseley; great-granddaughter, Lainey Coe; nieces and nephew, Louise Vance, Cheryl Howell and husband, Dr. Rudy Howell, and David Chisholm and wife, Donna; great-nieces and nephews, Jeff & Kyra Vance and Todd & Traci Vance. An extra special "thank you" to nieces Cheryl and Donna for their many visits, snacks and loving dedication to their Aunt Frankie. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 15, 2015 at Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road, Prince George, Virginia 23805 with the Reverend Fred Adkins officiating.
