Leonard Prince

Leonard M. Prince, 56, of Chesterfield, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Prince. Mr. Prince was a veteran in the United States Navy, and was a member of Colonial Heights Baptist Church. He is survived by his son, Paul L. Prince of Matoaca; two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Prince, and Sarah Ann Prince both of Matoaca; his mother, Elsie Wood Prince; two brothers, Richard Prince of New York, and Robert Tucker of Colonial Heights; a sister, Robbin Jean Prince of New York; his former spouse and caregiver, Linda Beville of Matoaca; three grandchildren, Alexis, Danté, and Savannah. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Hyles Baptist Church, 7220 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield, Virginia 23832 with the Reverend Jim Burton officiating. Interment will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia, Virginia 23002.
