Lesley Ritenour

Lesley Ann Ritenour, 68, of Colonial Heights, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021, at VCU Medical Center.  She was born December 29, 1952, to the late Thomas Earl and Beryl Irene Jones Cox, and was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Eugene Ritenour.

Lesley retired after 32 years of service with the Parole Board and the Department of Corrections and was a member of the Boot Scooters Club and the Richmond Hockey League Booster Club.

She is survived by her sisters, Lynn C. Watkins, Lorraine H. Griffith, and Laura C. Logan; nieces, Jessica Moody, Sid Gray, Heather Aldridge, and Amanda Sutton; nephews, Ryan Griffith and Earl Logan; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. The family would like to thank VCU Medical Center for the loving care they gave Lesley.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newby’s Bridge Road, Chesterfield, Virginia 23298.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 3, 2021, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
