Leslie Boswell

Mr. Leslie "Les" H. Boswell, 75, of Chesterfield, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2011 at Lucy Corr Village. He was the son of the late James and Lulu Van Boswell. Mr. Boswell was a retired Manager/Supply Specialist with the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), with 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dorothy Boswell; his children, Monica Boswell of California, Bonnie Boone of South Carolina, Gary Boswell and wife, Margaret of North Carolina, Daniel Boswell and wife, Kelly of Yorktown, Matthew Boswell and wife, Heidi of Chesterfield, and Jonathan Boswell and wife, Nancy of Chester; twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, the Reverend James Beryl Boswell and wife, Linda of Richmond; and a sister, Marlene Davis of California. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Stafford Memorial Park, 154 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford, Virginia 22554. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home.
